What exactly am I signing up for?

A free, fully-managed 1-week trial of a Kaido Challenge for up to 30 of your employees. You can choose to run either a Kaido Wellbeing Challenge or a Kaido Sustainability Challenge. The trial Challenge is designed to help give you a deeper understanding of how a Kaido Challenge works, so you can evaluate whether you think it would be a good fit for your colleagues and organisation.

Do I need to do anything to get it started?

Just fill in the form above. One of the Kaido team will be in touch within two business days. You have between Monday 23rd March 2026 and Thursday 30th April 2026 to schedule your free Challenge.  Kaido will handle everything - from setup and daily activities to full impact reporting at the end. No credit card, no contract, no catch.

What will my employees actually do?

Depending on the Challenge type you choose, your colleagues will receive daily bite size learning and actions to help them live in a happier, healthier and more sustainable way. Their actions will fuel their teams progress along a virtual challenge journey and up and down live challenge leaderboards.

How long will it take them each day? started?

All Kaido Challenges are designed with busy employees in mind. Participants can take part in as little as 5 minutes per day.

What happens after the trial?

You'll receive a full impact report showing engagement levels, challenge outcomes, and ROI. If you'd like to run a Challenge with a wider group, we will talk you through your options.
